AMS 3195H is an SAE standard for closed-cell, medium sponge rubber materials that operate in temperatures ranging from -103°F (-75°C) to 401°F (205°C). The compression set of these rubbers may be high at higher temperatures.

AMS 3195H is appropriate for sheets, strips, extrusions, and molded shapes of silicone rubber sponge.
