Susan is passionate about supporting clients as they bring critical products to market, including life-saving pharmaceuticals, animal health and crop protection products, and industrial chemicals. She particularly enjoys work that guides the development of new services and businesses focused on client needs.
 
Susan started her career as a bench scientist on the Smithers ecotoxicology team and gradually progressed to her current role. She has significant experience directing teams that routinely perform both industry standard and specialized studies to meet regulatory submission requirements. She has a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Science from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
 
Susan lives in Massachusetts. She loves to garden, cook, bake, and spend time with her family, especially her grandsons.
