Rachael leads the development and execution of global marketing, branding, and communication strategies at Smithers, aiming to enhance market position, support sales objectives, and expand brand presence across industries. She believes customer feedback is vital to aligning messaging with client needs and fulfilling the company’s brand promises.
With over twenty years of experience in marketing and brand management, Rachael excels at shaping brand narratives, boosting market visibility, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
She holds a BS in Marketing Management from the University of Akron, an MBA from Malone University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Rachael resides in Akron, Ohio, with her husband and enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her three grown children.
